L'Hostel XXII Marzo is located in one of the most central areas of Milan, very close to
the Duomo and University, but also the Court and numerous important Hospitals
such as Gaetano Pini, Policlinico and the National Tumor Institute.
Here are some of the interesting spots found a short distance from Hostel XXII Marzo:
Duomo
ÈIt can be reached with a 10 minute walk by taking Corso XXII Marzo and Corso di Porta Vittoria,
both lined with countless shops and boutiques. Alternatively, you can take tram no. 27 or 12.
Court - Hall of Justice
This is located in Via Carlo Freguglia, about a 5 minute walk from the hostel.
Fiera Internazionale di Milano (Milan Tradeshow Center)
Tram no. 27 stops right in front of the hostel which will take you to the Center in around 25 minutes.
National Tumor Institute
Go to Piazza 5 Giornate and take tram no. 23 towards Lambrate FS and get off at the Bonardi Ponzio stop;
from here it is around 200 meters.
Alternatively, in Piazza Risorgimento, located around 300 meters from Hostel XXII Marzo,
you'll find a stop for bus no. 61 which will take you directly to the National Institute
for the Treatment of Tumors in Via Venezian.
HOW TO REACH US
BY PLANE
From Milan's "Linate Airport" you can take bus no. 73 which takes you directly to the hostel
in around 10 minutes, get off at the Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio stop.
From Milan's "Malpensa Airport" you can take the "Malpensa Express" bus which will take you to Cadorna Station.
From there take tram no. 27 towards "Ungheria" and get off at
the Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio stop, right in front of our hostel.
Or from Malpensa Airport, take the shuttle to the station, then take bus 60
on the right side of the station which takes 15 minutes to get to the hostel.
Get off at the "S.Maria del Suffragio" stop.
From "Orio al Serio Airport" serving Milan and Bergamo (BJY), take the shuttle to the station.
From there take bus 60, which drops you off in front of the hostel in 15 minutes.
Get off at the "S.Maria del Suffragio" stop
BY CAR
-- Take the Tangenziale Est
- Exit at no. 6 "Forlanini"
- Follow the signs for the centre (centro) taking Viale Forlanini, Viale Corsica and Corso XXII Marzo
to Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio.
Hostel 22 Marzo is located on the right side of the square just after the church.
From the exit on the Tangenziale it takes around 10 minutes by car.
BY TRAIN
From the Centrale station take bus no. 60 and get off at the Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio stop.
It takes around 20 minutes.
